Earlier this year, the Boston Globe published a multi-part expose of the city's $1-billion dollar cab industry. Now, an industry review commissioned by the city finds that 99-percent of the city's handicapped accessible cabs violate federal standards, and that the city's largest taxi company ignores rider calls almost 25 per cent of the time.
