We're going to begin today continuing our series of conversations with the candidates running to be the state's next governor.  Yesterday, we heard from Republican Charlie Baker.  Earlier this week we heard from Democrat Donald Berwick, a Newton pediatrician and former Obama administration health care official.

Today, State Treasurer Steve Grossman joins us. Grossman emerged from last weekend's Democratic convention with his party's endorsement. But in public opinion polls, he's been running well behind the state Attorney General, Martha Coakley. So he has his work cut-out for him between now and the September primary.

Guest

Steve Grossman, state treasurer and candidate for governor.

This segment aired on June 19, 2014.
