The Comedy Studio Celebrates 20 Years

For 20 years, a mix of college students and TV show producers have been going up to the third floor of the Hong Kong in Harvard Square, for a little laugh.
The Comedy Studio has been a mainstay in the Boston comedy scene, and the launchpad for numerous careers, including Eugene Mirman, Louis C.K., Mike Birbiglia and Gary Gulman.
Over the years, it has been a source of TV scouts for fresh comedic acts — part of the pipeline of Boston comedians to New York and Los Angeles.
