Watch: Two Sides Of Transgender Protection Law Square Off In Debate
Resume
Our series of political debates with the Boston Globe and UMass Boston continued Tuesday with the fight over Question 3, the controversial ballot initiative that would repeal protections for transgender people to use public accommodations corresponding to their gender identity.
Advocates say the law protects people from discrimination; opponents say the current law creates a safety issue.
The audio for the debate is available atop this page, or you can re-watch our Facebook Live video above or on our Facebook page.
