Charlie Baker has officially entered his second term as Governor. The Republican was sworn in during a ceremony at the Mass. State House on Thursday, where he delivered his inaugural address.

As Baker enters his second term in office, we assess where we are in terms of transportation in Massachusetts, and where we should be going.
