The House of Representatives starts debate today on the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan — with a final vote expected tomorrow. Massachusetts Congresswomen Katherine Clark and Lori Trahan join us to talk about that, and women's leadership in Congress.
Monday, the Centers for Disease Control announced new guidelines for fully vaccinated people: they can gather privately indoors without masks and without physical distancing.
