Here is the Radio Boston rundown for April 9. Tiziana Dearing is our host.

As part of our Week in Review, we tackle the pandemic race between vaccinations and rapidly spreading variants. Then, we move into the Boston mayoral race, and discuss the initiatives Acting Mayor Kim Janey is campaigning on to revitalize the City of Boston. We also discuss President Biden's approach to revitalizing infrastructure.

Our panelists are Rev. Mariama White-Hammond, pastor at the New Roots AME Church in Dorchester, and Charlie Chieppo, a senior fellow at the Pioneer Institute and principal of Chieppo Strategies.

This program aired on April 9, 2021.
