This is the rundown for Radio Boston for April 25. Tiziana Dearing is our host.

  • Mayor Wu joins us to talk about budgeting, housing, policing, and to answer your questions.
  • Chef Steve "Nookie" Postal returned to Massachusetts recently after cooking in Poland, on the border of Ukraine, with the nonprofit organization, World Central Kitchen, which provides meals to those impacted by natural and manmade disasters.
  • A 2-year-old and a 17-month-old from Ukraine both had accidents at home that led to severe burns, and, with a war raging, they couldn't get critical care locally. Shriners Children's Boston has the only center exclusively for pediatric burns in New England, and the children are there now for specialized care and surgery.

This program aired on April 25, 2022.
