Looking at how to build skills in Massachusetts college students so they can find and keep well-paying jobs

According to new data from Harvard's Project on Workforce, in 2021, 40 percent of students who recently completed a four-year degree found themselves in jobs that didn't require it. And there's a gap, says the report, between the skills of college grads and jobs in the market. We talk about that report and the corresponding map, and what it means for us here in Massachusetts.
