Massachusetts' highest state court heard arguments Monday in state Attorney General Andrea Campbell's lawsuit against the town of Milton. At issue is Milton's noncompliance with a state law intended to spur more housing development near T stops.

Public policy researcher Amy Dain and Suffolk University Law School professor John Infranca join Radio Boston to discuss the case.

This segment aired on October 8, 2024.
