Clean energy industry grows restless for slow-moving Mass. climate bill

Advocates and industry leaders hope Beacon Hill is finally on the precipice of passing a stalled climate bill. The sweeping measure would change the permitting process for new clean energy projects and make it easier for homeowners to use green tech in and around their homes.
