Zahili Gonzalez Zamora finds inspiration for her jazz music from her Cuban heritage

Zahili Gonzalez Zamora is a pianist, composer, bandleader, arranger and educator. She was born in Manzanillo, Cuba and started playing piano at the age of six. She graduated from the National School of Music with a performance degree. Zahili Zamora & Friends will be playing this Thursday, Dec. 5 at Long Live Roxbury Brewery.

Zamora joined Radio Boston to talk about the inspiration for her music and her journey to Boston.
