Critics of the new Mass. clean energy law fear requirements undermine change

Gov. Maura Healey recently signed a major state climate bill. It was largely heralded as a win for clean energy in Massachusetts.

But not everyone is excited. Radio Boston hears from Thomas Hochman, a policy manager at the Foundation for American Innovation, on why he thinks the bill has elements that undermine real change.
