New book explores influential — and fun — pieces of history around the Mass. State House

14:12

What do Helen Keller, Angelina Grimke, Theodore Roosevelt and an Abe Lincoln impersonator have in common? They all had memorable moments on Beacon Street, at the Massachusetts State House.

Those are some of the moments recounted in the new book "Under the Golden Dome: Historic Talks and Tales from the Massachusetts State House." The book's author, former state Rep. Josh Cutler, joins us to talk about it.

This segment aired on December 20, 2024.
