'Fracking' Scientifically Linked To Water Contamination

For the first time, the controversial practice of injecting high pressured fluids into the earth to harvest natural gas, known as hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, has been linked to contaminated drinking water.

Scientists at Duke University did the peer reviewed research published in The Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. We talk about their findings with Abrahm Lustgerten who's been following the story for the investigative news website ProPublica.
