Presidential Candidates Try To Woo Hispanic Voters

Illegal immigration is down, and deportations have been at record levels in the Obama administration. But polls show that nationally, President Obama has a solid majority of the Latino vote. And, as former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales writes today for Fox News Latino, "It is no secret" that Republican rival Mitt Romney faces a challenge attracting Hispanic support in November's presidential election.

Sergio Bustos, state and politics editor for the Miami Herald says in Florida, the swing state with the largest Hispanic vote, Obama only has a slight edge among voters over Mitt Romney, because of high unemployment and foreclosure rates.
