The presidential campaign is back in full swing, after Superstorm Sandy.

President Obama heads to three states today — Wisconsin, Nevada and Colorado — for campaign rallies. These are the first campaign events for Obama since Sandy hit the East Coast.

Republican challenger Mitt Romney has been holding low-key campaign events, but he's refrained from any direct political attacks on the president, and instead stressed American unity in the face of disaster.

Romney is in Virginia today, and both camps have released new ads.

Images over the last two days have shown Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie effusively praising the Democratic president as they tour the state.

Meantime, a video of a 4-year-old NPR listener crying over the seemingly endless presidential campaign has gone viral.
