Eddie Huang has made a name for himself with his New York eatery Baohaus, his blog and his own show on Vice, as well as appearances on the Food Network, the Cooking Channel and Anthony Bourdain’s “The Layover.”

But growing up as the only Taiwanese-American in his Florida community, Huang felt continually like an outsider. He details his experiences in his memoir, “Fresh Off The Boat” which is now out in paperback. We revisit our conversation with Huang in March.
