Last week, Miranda Barbour, the 19-year-old woman who has been charged along with her husband with the murder of a 42-year-old man in Sunbury, Penn. who she met through a Craisglist companionship ad, came forward and said that the murder of Troy LaFerrara was one of many.

Barbour told Francis Scarcella, a reporter for The Daily Item newspaper, in an exclusive prison interview that she had killed many people, but she did not have a specific number because she had lost count after 22. She said the number was less than 100.

Barbour alleges the murders took place mostly in her home state of Alaska, but also in North Carolina, California and Texas. She said she started the killings when she was 13, after joining a satanic cult.

Francis Scarcella joins Here & Now's Robin Young to discuss his interview with Barbour and the aftermath of her confession.
