In this week's Senate Tracker, we turn to the race in Hawaii, where incumbent Democrat Sen. Brian Schatz faces Republican Campbell "Cam" Cavasso in a special election to fill the seat of Daniel Inouye, a Democrat, who died in 2012.

At 88, Inouye was the most senior member of the Senate and a World War II veteran.
