Hewlett-Packard To Split Into Two Companies

Tech giant Hewlett-Packard is planning on splitting into two separate companies: one focused on selling personal computers and printers, and the other focused on corporate technology services.

The split is expected to happen in 2015, and it's part of a series of steps HP has taken in the past few years to cut costs and restructure, including eliminating tens of thousands of jobs.
