High winds and technical issues have prompted NASA to delay a major test flight of its new spacecraft Orion that was initially scheduled for this morning. The space agency says it will try again tomorrow morning.

The unmanned test flight is being called the first step toward an eventual manned mission to Mars.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks to Colonel Jack Fischer, a NASA astronaut involved with the development of Orion, about what NASA will be looking for with this test flight, and why it's so significant.
