The prosecution is wrapping today in the first phase of the Boston Marathon bombing trial, and the defense is set to begin making its case.

From day one, lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev have admitted his guilt, but they're arguing that he was under the sway of his older brother, Tamerlan, who died in a shootout with police days after the bombings.
