Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson is broadcasting from Washington, D.C. today, and sits down with Republican Congressman Trey Gowdy of South Carolina.

They discuss his votes to repeal the Affordable Care Act, which Gowdy calls "symbolic," and the recent police shooting in his home state, which he says is not a sign of a larger systemic problem, rather an indication of one bad apple in the North Charleston police force.
