Hillary Clinton is under growing pressure to answer questions about the Clinton Foundation's acceptance of money from foreign donors.

Jeb Bush is pushing the envelope of campaign finance rules by outsourcing many traditional campaign functions to his super PAC Right to Rise, which cannot legally coordinate its actions with a Bush presidential campaign. Bush has not yet announced he's running for president.
