While negotiations over Iran's nuclear program were underway in Vienna, Ali Velshi spent two weeks reporting in Iran, speaking with officials and average Iranians about their lives and their thoughts on reaching a deal that would include lifting sanctions.

Velshi is host of "Ali Velshi on Target" on Al Jazeera America. He discussed his reporting in Iran with Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson.
