President Obama will unveil a set of environmental rules aimed at reducing climate change today. The regulations are from the Environmental Protection Agency and they are the final, and much tougher, version of earlier proposed rules announced in 2012.

There has already been a flurry of challenges from states and energy industry groups, and it remains to be seen what the final outcome will be.

NPR's Jeff Brady joins Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd to look at the new regulations.
