On Saturday, Lifetime will premiere "The Unauthorized Full House Story." The film is billed as a behind-the-scenes look at the popular 1990s sitcom. NPR TV critic Eric Deggans says that although the film is going to be thoroughly mediocre, it fits into the channel's trend of tapping into a new and much younger audience.
