With Economic Blueprint, Saudi Arabia Looks Beyond Oil

Saudi Arabia today approved an economic plan that attempts to move the country's economy away from oil, as Saudi Arabia struggles from the impact of low oil prices. Saudi Arabia isn't the first Gulf country to create such a plan, and many countries have struggled to follow through. Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti talks with Jill Schlesinger about how feasible it is for Saudi Arabia to decrease its dependence on oil.
