The Oklahoma legislature has passed a bill making it a felony to perform an abortion, unless it is to save the life of the mother. The bill would punish doctors who provide abortions with a year or more in prison and revoke their medical license. Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson talks to Joseph Thai, Presidential Professor of Law, University of Oklahoma College of Law, about whether the bill is constitutional.
