Istanbul Bombing Marks 4th Major Attack In The City This Year

A car bomb targeted a bus carrying police officers in Istanbul today, killing at least 11 and injuring at least three dozen more. It's the fourth major attack in the city this year, and it follows other attacks in the capital, Ankara.
