After delaying his formal announcement due to the attack in Nice, France, Donald Trump tweeted Friday morning that he has chosen Indiana Gov. Mike Pence as his running mate. The presumptive Republican nominee said in the tweet he will hold a news conference tomorrow at 11 a.m.

Pence, a man known for his staunch conservative beliefs, had been tipped to be Trump's vice presidential pick for much of the week.
