It's day one of the Republican National Convention and that means thousands of people are visiting Cleveland, many for the first time. And as they near the convention hall and look across the way, they’ll be greeted by something that a few weeks ago wasn’t supposed to be there: a massive image of the city's hero, LeBron James.
