Unilever Lathers Up A Billion-Dollar Deal To Acquire Dollar Shave Club

It’s being called one of the biggest e-commerce deals in recent years. Unilever reportedly will pay $1 billion for the California-based Dollar Shave Club, a men’s grooming startup selling online subscriptions to razors and other related products.
