In 2008, Microsoft made a hostile $44.6 billion offer for Yahoo, which the Web company swatted away. Now, Verizon is purchasing Yahoo for less than $5 billion. Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti speaks with Recode’s Kara Swisher about the deal for the now-struggling Yahoo, and what each company has to gain from the sale.
