NHL Commissioner Denies Connection Between Concussions And CTE

In a 24-page letter, National Hockey League Commissioner Gary Bettman wrote there is no causal link between concussions and chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a degenerative disease found in the brains of athletes who've undergone repeated collisions. This comes after an NFL official acknowledged earlier this year that there is a connection based on research by Boston University.
