Handball Is Underway In Rio, But The U.S. Is Still Not A Player
ResumeHandball, the fast paced team sport where players run up and down the court trying to throw a ball past the goalie, is being played tonight at the Rio Olympics.
The sport is popular in Europe and South America. But the U.S. team has not participated since the 1996 Summer Games in Atlanta, when it qualified as the host team.
