The Court of Arbitration for Sport today upheld a ban on Russian athletes competing in the Paralympic Games next month.

The ban was originally imposed by the International Paralympic Committee, after reports uncovered a state-sponsored doping program for Russian athletes.

This follows the ban on the Russian track and field team from the just-completed Summer Olympics in Brazil because of that doping program.
