In New Hampshire's battleground 1st Congressional District, Republican incumbent Rep. Frank Guinta has been dealing with a campaign finance scandal and is struggling against a challenge from Carol Shea-Porter, a Democrat.

Shea-Porter has represented the district in Congress multiple times. In fact, over the last decade or so, either Guinta or Shea-Porter have held the seat. Here & Now's Robin Young speaks with Josh Rogers of NHPR about the race.
