Filmmaker John Waters, known for his 1988 hit "Hairspray," gave a commencement speech in 2015 that went viral. He encouraged young people to go out in the world and be destructive — in a good way.

He's turned that speech into a new book, "Make Trouble." Here & Now's Meghna Chakrabarti spoke with him recently.

This segment aired on April 17, 2017.
