Trump Set To Snub Iran Nuclear Deal

President Trump is set to announce Friday that he will not recertify the Iran nuclear agreement, setting the stage for a fight in Congress over whether to reimpose sanctions and officially torpedo the deal. The White House is painting the move as part of a tougher stance on Iran, which it accuses of sowing "death and destruction."

Here & Now's Jeremy Hobson talks with the BBC's Lyse Doucet (@bbclysedoucet) about how the decision is being received abroad.

This BBC interview can be heard in the Here & Now podcast or with the WBUR app.
