Russian President Vladimir Putin Wins 4th Term In Landslide
ResumeRussian President Vladimir Putin won a fourth presidential term with more than 70 percent of the vote in Sunday's election. Putin has ruled the country as either president or prime minister since 1999 and will now serve at least another six-year term as president.
