Thai authorities overseeing the rescue of 12 boys and their soccer coach are in a race against worsening weather and lowered oxygen levels in the underground complex where the boys are trapped. We get an update from the BBC's Dan Johnson in Thailand. Also, NPR legal affairs correspondent Nina Totenberg joins us to discuss President Trump's rare opportunity to reshape the Supreme Court. And Scott Pruitt is out as administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, and on Monday his deputy, Andrew Wheeler, will take over as acting director of the agency. We learn more about Wheeler and his background on Capitol Hill and as a coal industry lobbyist. That and more, in hour one of Here & Now's July 6, 2018 full broadcast.
