Heavy Rains Threaten To Breach Dam In Lynchburg, Va.

Heavy rains have caused a dam in Lynchburg, Virginia, to overflow and sparked fears of a catastrophic flood if the dam fails. County officials warned Thursday night that the dam could fail, prompting evacuations in some parts of the city.
