Arizona Company Facing Shortage Of Foreign Guest Workers Forced to Change Course

A drywall company based in Arizona has successfully hired foreign guest workers through the federal government's H-2B visa program. But the company's owner says the government's process has changed and made it difficult for him to hire H-2B workers.
