Singer R. Kelly is breaking his silence for the first time since he was charged with several counts of sexual abuse. During a tense interview that aired on CBS Wednesday, Kelly told Gayle King that all of his accusers are lying. The interview with Kelly comes the same week that HBO aired a documentary, "Leaving Neverland," about allegations of child sex abuse by the late singer Michael Jackson. Both of these stories involve powerful, high-profile artists, and are raising questions about how music consumers should respond.

Here and Now's Jeremy Hobson speaks with Wesley Morris (@Wesley_Morris), a critic-at-large for The New York Times and co-host of the podcast, "Still Processing."

This segment aired on March 6, 2019.
