There have now been 21 horse deaths at the Santa Anita Park in Southern California since the racing season began in December.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd speaks with New York Times sports reporter Joe Drape (@joedrape), who has done extensive reporting on the horse racing industry, about what's behind the deaths.
