Widespread Blackout Continues In Venezuela

Much of Venezuela is still without power Friday after a blackout began in Caracas Thursday and spread to other parts of the country. President Nicolás Maduro blamed the blackout on sabotage, while opposition leader Juan Guaidó blamed it on Maduro's inefficient government.
