The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has grounded the entire Boeing 737 Max fleet after days of mounting pressure. More than a hundred flights in the U.S. have been cancelled Thursday because of the decision. Here & Now transportation analyst Seth Kaplan puts the decision in context.
