Among the 2020 democratic presidential hopefuls whose names you might not recognize? Andrew Yang. He's basing his entire campaign on universal basic income, or the idea that the government should provide a set amount of money to help cover the basics. Yang is testing the idea by giving a family in New Hampshire $1,000 a month, no strings attached — for all of 2019. New Hampshire Public Radio's Robert Garrova (@robertgarrova) reports.
